Special Programs
The following programs are all programs that students qualify
for. With the exception of the GATE program (housed under
Curriculum and Instruction) these programs are all part of our
Student Services Department. The department’s primary
focus is the provision of a safe, functional environment that
meets the learning needs of each student. The department
supports the work of the District’s special educators, school
psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists,
speech language pathologists, reading specialists, counselors
and social workers, and the many paraprofessionals who assist
them, as well as the students and parents with whom they work.
