Board of Trustees Meetings

The Board of Trustees holds its regular meetings on the second Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise posted.  Special meetings may be called by the Chairman with proper notice to address important issues and/or emergencies.  Meetings are usually held in the District Office conference room at 118 West Bullion Street in Hailey.  The public is encouraged to attend.  If you wish to speak at a Board meeting, please click Public Comment Procedure for more information.

The Superintendent prepares an agenda in advance of each meeting that is made available to Board members and the community through the District web page and local media.  Minutes are transcribed after each meeting and made available here.

2012-2013 Board of Trustees Meetings

A schedule of the current school year's Board meetings is listed below.

NOTE:  All Regular meetings are scheduled on the second Tuesday of the month except for August 2012, and January, 2013.

Special Meeting Work Sessions of the Board are scheduled on the fourth Thursday of the month except for March. All dates are subject to change; no Work Sessions are scheduled in December and the summer months.
