Teacher Rewards Program
 If approved by the Idaho State Legislature,
iSTARS (Idaho State Teacher Advancement and Recognition System) will be
implemented in the 2008-2009 school year. iSTARS is a
program that would reward teachers for the following:
- Taking on leadership roles
- Obtaining additional certifications/endorsements
- Working in hard to fill positions (local control)
- School-wide student achievement
