Music  

Hemingway Elementary School offers all students weekly music classes with a certified music specialist. Every student has the opportunity to discover the aesthetic joys of performing, interpreting, and creating music. 

It is the function of music education in the Blaine County schools  to develop musical experience to help our children realize their aesthetic potential.  Our students can sing, play an instrument, and join our special bell choir to explore the musical components or rhythm, melody, harmony, form, and tone color.  Our students learn about music in both a cultural and historical context.
