  • Q. When will class schedules be released for students?

  • Q. What is the infection threshold for each of the reopening options (Plans A, B & C)?

  • Q. Why is there not planning to have teachers broadcast their lessons live following a normal school day schedule? Classes could theoretically be shortened somewhat but at least be followed as if all were in the classroom. These could be recorded for anyone who for whatever reason can not attend. This allows for active participation of both the teacher and the students.

  • Q. Can students or parents to opt into remote learning from home?

  • Q. Since the survey response regarding when school should start was ignored, why don't we shift school opening back to where it should be, at the end of August?

How will you ensure there will be enough teachers and/or substitutes if there are infections of staff? What will happen to school sports an

  • Q. If our children are only in school two days a week and we have to find daycare options the other two days, is there any reduction in what we pay to support the schools in order to support out of school daytime options?

  • Q. Does the district have a plan for parents who feel uncomfortable keeping kids in school if things get bad again? Can I pull my kids out and pick up work or will I have to unenroll?

  • Q. If you use plan A or B...and one student's family member tests positive, how long will the entire school close? If you think this through...it appears clear to me REMOTE LEARNING with only outdoor gatherings is the plan...and deciding on that plan now, in June, rather than in September or October is the way to go. Be proactive and jump into the brave new virtual world.

  • Q. Will the district implement Covid-19 testing?

  • If Plan C is implemented (which is inevitable), will middle school students have more than two hours of instruction per week? 20 minutes of math instruction per week will not keep them grade level.
