Ms. Ellison

I am a teacher of English to students with a home language other than English (English as a New Language=ENL or English as a Second Language = ESL). I graduated from Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff, Arizona with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education and a Health Education minor. I earned my Master's degree from NAU in Bilingual/Multicultural Education (with an emphasis in ESL). I taught high school ESL in Flagstaff, Arizona for 8 years prior to moving to the Wood River Valley. I moved to Blaine County to teach ESL at Wood River Middle School in the fall of 1996, when WRMS first opened. I am married to Dan Gralenski, a 6th grade science teacher at WRMS. We have three children: Devan Annan Hoehn (Ramsy Hoehn), Trail Gralenski, and DJ Gralenski. Devan is an ENL teacher at WRHS, Trail attends the University of Montana, and DJ is attending Boise State University. In December of 2017 I became a grandma to the beautiful,  Miss Ellison Gray Hoehn (Elli).  What a joy she is!  We are expecting another granddaughter in October, 2023! As a family, we enjoy the beautiful outdoors that Idaho has to offer by camping, fishing, hunting, skiing and playing hockey.
