Hi, My name is Ernesto Ramirez, and this is my 5th year with Wood River High School. I am the EL Specialist and also work as a Home/School Liaison. I truly enjoy working with EL students, the staff and our community parents.

I attended schools in Idaho and have taught ESL students in Oregon and Idaho. And this year, I am also a co-teacher for Physical Science and for Latinos in Action class. My education includes a Master’s degree in Bilingual Education and ENL and a Doctorate degree in Curriculum and Instruction both from Boise
