I am thrilled to be part of the ELD/Co-Teaching program at Hailey Elementary and look forward to collaborating with my fellow educators. I have lived in the Wood River Valley for 24 years.  I was raised in Durban, South Africa and a couple of years out of high school was offered a track and cross country scholarship to attend the University of Nevada Reno.  After a successful running career I open an African art gallery on Sun Valley Rd.   I have always wanted to be an educator, so I sold the gallery and went back to university to pursue degrees in education.  I enjoy travelling, reading and most outdoor activities.  Every year I try to go back to South Africa to visit family and friends.
