The Wood River High School Drama Department competed at the 2022 State Drama Competition the weekend of December 2 in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho.  The team, comprised of Elena Tamayo, Asia Angel, Holden Blair, Eva Hatzenbuehler, Piper Kolb and Madison Flannigan, scored well enough to place in the top ten of the 4A division that had over twenty teams! 

 

Holden Blair, Piper Kolb and Asia Angel advanced to the semifinal round, then Piper and Asia advanced to the finals.  Piper is your state 2nd place runner up in Pantomime and Asia tied for 4th in Serious Solo, all out of 8 finalists.
