The winning inventions from Invent Idaho's State Competition are on display in the upstairs hallway this week. George Heath and Rowan Star's L.E.T. (Let Us Entertain) is an adaptation of astroturf that lights up play by play action to inform and entertain the audience in stadiums. Hayden Barbre's KELP invention is a space suit constructed of marine kelp that absorbs harmful radiation to enable astronauts to safely explore Mars.
Both these inventions were awarded first place in their age division and invention category! We hope you have an opportunity to take a look- they're pretty cool!
