Student Wins Writing Scholarship for Language Immersion
Congratulations to Wood River Middle School student Hunter Rylee Ervin, a lover of literature and 3rd-year French student, recognized for excellence in French.
In addition to excelling at academics, Hunter has sung the national anthem at local sporting events, writes songs, plays piano and has acted in multiple school productions. She also competes on her school's wrestling team and for the last three years has participated in 4-H Youth Development programs. Hunter is looking forward to expanding her interpersonal and French skills while in Switzerland and France in 2020.
