Introducing New Hemingway Teachers
Ross Parsons
6th English Language Arts and Social Studies
"Teaching at Hemingway Elementary is a dream come true, as the Wood River Valley is an ideal landscape to teach under the STEAM platform. I'm looking forward to connectingstudents with their own backyard!"
Ross Parsons graduated from Wood River High School and received his B.A. from the University of Denver and an M.A. from the University of Idaho. He is also a Wilderness First Responder and currently works for the U.S. Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management. Ross is helping organize the 6th grade trip to McCall Outdoor Science School, where he also worked as a field instructor and research assistant.
Danica Robrahn
PreK-6 Art
"I am over the moon for the opportunity to join the Hemingway family and excited to learn and grow as an art educator alongside Hemingway students."
Danica Robrahn is a graduate of Wood River High School and received her B.A. and B.F.A. from California State University, Long Beach. Most recently she served as the Visual Arts Education Coordinator and art teacher for the Sun Valley Center for the Arts.
Kevin Quaderer
6th Grade Science and Math
Kevin Quaderer received his B.A. from Virginia Tech and is a teacher with the Salt Lake City School District. He has taught for 9 years across grade level in multiple capacities. Additionally he has been an Academic Services coach in Elementary Science, a 6th grade classroom teacher and a team lead for Science.
