Recognizing Excellence: Edith Iler
Recognizing Excellence: Edith Iler
The BCSD Board of Trustees is thrilled to recognize Wood River High School Substitute Teacher Edith Iler!
The following accolade was submitted by WRHS English Language Development Specialist Devan Hoehn:
I would like to acknowledge Edith Iler for her exceptional work as my long-term substitute teacher for the past few months.
She has demonstrated a great work ethic, and what impressed me the most was her genuine love and care for the students. She consistently goes above and beyond to help them achieve success and provides them with the necessary support to do so. She even reaches out to organizations to secure coats, school supplies, and other essential items for students in need.
Edith sees the whole student and works hard to ensure their success. I am grateful to have had her as my guest teacher during my maternity leave, as she has made the transition much smoother and less stressful. She is capable of handling any situation that comes her way.
Edith, thank you for your dedication to me and my students. Your love and support are greatly appreciated!
