The Blaine County School District is fortunate to have an outstanding Human Resources department. Every time I have a question or need help, Kandy, Kenna, and Jeff respond promptly and provide incredible support. They are total professionals—approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist.

At the start of every school year, they set the tone at the all-staff meeting, leading the years-of-service presentation with enthusiasm and energy. They make the recognition not only meaningful, but also entertaining. That same spark shines through in their emails, which remain professional yet filled with enthusiasm and warmth. You wouldn’t expect an email from Human Resources to make you smile, but theirs do—whether through a lighthearted joke or a funny comment, they bring positivity while keeping communication informative.

I always feel comfortable reaching out to them, and I deeply appreciate the work they do. Their dedication and pride in their roles are evident, making a real difference for all of us.
