2017 Idaho Summer Food Service Program
There are two locations for the 2017 Idaho Summer Food Service Program in Blaine County this year.
From Monday June 12 - Friday August 18, 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. each day. (closed July 3rd and 4th), Lunch in the Park will be held at Balmoral Playfield. All children age 1 to 18 are welcome to come for a free lunch. Adults can purchase lunch for $1.00. Lunch in the Park is a partnership with the Hunger Coalition, Blaine County School District, and volunteers from the community. The Balmoral Playfield is located at 851 Shenandoah Dr, Hailey, ID, 83333.
The Wood River YMCA and Blaine County School District will partner to present Power Scholars, a summer learning program at Alturas Elementary. From Monday, June 26-Friday, August 4, (closed July 3rd and 4th) breakfast and lunch will be served at Alturas Elementary during the Power Scholars summer learning program. Any child age 1 to 18 is welcome to come for breakfast from 8:30 a.m.-9:00 a.m. and lunch from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Adults can purchase breakfast for $2.10 or lunch for $3.75. Alturas Elementary is located at 1111 Alturas Lane, Hailey, ID, 83333.
Wood River High School
Lunch will also be served at Wood River High School from Monday, July 10 to Friday, August 4 from 11:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Wood River High School is located at 1050 Fox Acres Rd., Hailey, Idaho. Any child age 1 to 18 can come for lunch and adults can purchase lunch for $3.75.
