Returning Student Registration
Returning Student Registration is for students who attended a BCSD school within this past school year.
Registration Steps:
- Sign into your parent account by visiting bcsd.powerschool.com
- If you need assistance please contact your student’s school.
- Click the word “Forms” on the left navigation menu.
- This will take you to the enrollment forms, click the name of the form to begin the process.
- If you get error messages on the forms please refresh the page. It may take a couple of refreshes, if that doesn't work, please try a new web browser.
- Once completed, the forms should show a Green or Blue circle, that means you are done with the enrollment process. If there is a red circle, the form still needs to be completed.
Your student’s school will reach out if any additional information is needed.

La inscripción para estudiantes que reingresan es para estudiantes que asistieron a una escuela del distrito escolar del BCSD durante el pasado año escolar.
Pasos para la inscripción:
- Iniciar sesión en su cuenta de padre visitando bcsd.powerschool.com
- Si necesita ayuda, por favor, póngase en contacto con la escuela de su hijo/a.
- Haga clic en la palabra "Formularios" en el menú de navegación de la izquierda.
- Esto le llevará a los formularios de inscripción; haga clic en el nombre del formulario para iniciar el proceso.
- Si aparece un mensaje de error en los formularios, por favor actualice la página. Podría necesitar actualizarla un par de veces; si el problema persiste, pruebe con otro explorador de internet.
- Una vez completados, los formularios mostrarán un círculo ya sea verde o azul, lo que indica que el proceso de inscripción ha finalizado. Si aparece un círculo rojo, debe completar el formulario; aún queda algo por llenar.
- La escuela de su hijo/a se pondrá en contacto con usted si necesita información adicional.

Immunization
* 39-4802. EXEMPTIONS. (1) Any minor child whose parent or guardian has submitted to school officials a certificate signed by a physician licensed by the state board of medicine stating that the physical condition of the child is such that all or any of the required immunizations would endanger the life or health of the child shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter. (2) Any minor child whose parent or guardian has submitted a signed statement to school officials stating their objections on religious or other grounds shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter.
