I am excited at the opportunity to continue teaching at a quality school like Carey. I'm a proud Idaho native who grew up in Northern Idaho. I graduated from the University of Idaho with a communications degree and a writing minor. After working as a paraprofessional in Richfield ID for two years, I attended Grand Canyon University to obtain my master's degree in secondary education with an emphasis in English. Before coming to Carey, I taught 9th-12th grade language arts at Canyon Ridge High School in Twin Falls for five years.
