Hello!

I am very happy to be teaching ELA/SS in the 5th and 6th grades at Carey Elementary. This will be my 7th year here.

I have loved teaching the PreK class and serving as an English Language Development specialist prior to my current position. Before coming to Carey, I taught Kindergarten and Kindergarten Intervention for many years.

When not at school, I spend my time reading, hiking with my dog, skiing, snowshoeing, camping, and spending time with my family. I have 4 adult children that live in Oregon, Colorado, and Utah. My husband and I live in Carey with our 2 dogs and 2 cats.
