In 2001 my husband and I moved our family to Carey to live and work. I have been working in the Carey School as the Title I Reading Teacher since then. I graduated in 1996 with a BS in Family and Consumer Sciences with a minor in Consumer Economics from the University of Idaho. In 2007 I graduated with a Masters of Education in Reading from Northwest Nazarene University. I am currently working on another Masters, this one is in Curriculum, Instruction and Innovation. While in Carey, we have raised two boys. Our family enjoys farming during the summer months.
