Julia Grafft goes above and beyond to support staff and students. She is the epitome of professionalism, and she is consistent. She is approachable and kind.
Julia strives to make the work environment better for everyone. She listens intently, is thoughtful, and responds with care. I know that she will make fair decisions backed by school policy and that she is willing to find solutions that everyone can agree on. She takes pride in the building and is always finding ways to make the school better.
WR is better because of Julia, and I am so grateful for the three strong women leading this building. I know I can go to any one of the administrators and get a supportive and thoughtful response regardless of the situation.
