The BCSD Board of Trustees is thrilled to recognize Chris Carden! 

The following accolade was submitted by Monica and Andrew Hebert:

As parents of two WRHS baseball players, we would like to acknowledge the outstanding efforts that Chris Carden has brought to the baseball program this season. If you were lucky enough to attend this past weekend’s games, you saw firsthand how much this program has grown.

From day one, Coach Carden brought a bold new standard to the program. He walked in with fresh energy, a clear vision, and a passion for the game that’s contagious, not only for the players, but also for the parents. He began this journey while we still had snow on the ground and set so many goals for the team that have already come to fruition. He believes in all players and is coaching them to believe in themselves.

Coach Carden has redefined our culture, built a foundation of discipline and unity, and helped unlock the potential in every single player. Under his leadership, we are growing the game of baseball at WRHS.

We were fortunate enough to attend a couple of games at the Kimberly Tournament, and to see the enthusiasm and camaraderie amongst the players was complete joy.

You are fortunate to have found a coach that brings so much passion to the game. He is not only teaching these young men baseball, but he is teaching them life skills.

Coach Carden and his staff are laying the foundation for something truly special, and we are thrilled that our boys are a part of it.
