Attention! We are looking for a new Human Resources Director!
 
The ideal candidate will be able to… 
Develop, implement, and maintain a human resources program to include recruitment, employment processes, employee counseling, credentials, benefits, compensation, performance management, internal employee communication, staff appreciation and celebrations, communication and collaboration with employee associations, and regulatory compliance. 
 
The minimum qualifications are as follows:
  • Master’s degree in human resource management, public administration, business administration, or a related field
  • Ten years of experience in administration, management, or supervision
  • Certification as PHR or SPHR is preferred 
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Spanish language skills or bilingual/biliterate are preferred
