Not every student can say they get to drive in the fast lane.  Layne Fiscus is a 7th-grade student at Carey School who doesn't have a drivers license yet but has a "license" to drive at drag race tracks.  Layne's next race will be on October 8th in Eagle Idaho. Good Luck Layne!
