Kimber Traue (pronounced True-uh) is a Michigan native but calls Idaho home since moving here in 1999. She has been fortunate to share her love of visual arts with students of all ages for thirteen years and recently completed graduate work in Literacy at Boise State University. Exploring the connections between art and literacy is her newest passion along with stand-up-paddle-boarding, hiking while identifying birds & wild flowers, ice skating, pursuing her own artwork and spending time with family. She is looking forward to meeting staff and students in Blaine County Schools and having new adventures in the beautiful Wood River Valley.
