Hello, my name is Eric Anderson, and I’ve been with the Blaine County School District for 20 years, all within the special education department.  I started my educational career with Hailey Elementary, and I’m excited to return to Hailey to continue helping to support the students in this building.

I started my second career in education in 2004 as a paraprofessional in an elementary behavior classroom while obtaining my Master’s in Special Education.  I then became a Special Education teacher, instructing for 7 years in a middle school behavior classroom.  In the fall of 2014, I switched to the role of being Special Education Consulting Teacher for the district, and most recently completed my Special Education Director’s endorsement in 2021.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, camping with my wife and snowmobiling in the winter.  I enjoy sports of all types, both playing and watching them.
