I am originally from Des Moines, Iowa and have lived in the Wood River Valley since 1992.  I received my bachelor’s degree in Business from Iowa State University and my teaching credential from Western Governors University.  I have worked at Hailey Elementary since 2003 and feel very lucky to be a part of such a wonderful school. I have two sons that are now in college so I have an empty nest and my free time has suddenly sky rocketed.  I enjoy traveling, hiking, camping, skiing, snowshoeing and hitting the cross fit gym as often as possible.  I love teaching and find it to be the most rewarding work I have ever done.  The growth I see in my students each year is such a pleasure to watch and makes me very proud.
