I started my BCSD career as the Computer Lab Parapro where I worked with students taking classes for credit advancement and credit recovery.  I also managed the WRHS website and social media.  I worked my way up to the District Technology Department to become an Instructional Technology and Data Specialist, where I taught BCSD teachers new technology and supported their tech needs.  

As I was just getting over working all summer and preparing our teachers for another great school year, the chance to take on the IT teaching position came to me.  How could I pass up the opportunity to work with students again?  In a whirlwind, I was back.

To the classroom, I bring real world experience to share with our students.  I have worked in finance, fundraising, sales and technology. One of my favorite employers was a software company in Scottsdale, AZ. Here, I discovered my love of tech.  Technology changes so fast, we must teach ourselves and our children to truly be lifelong learners.  This is no longer just a catch phrase, it is our reality. 

I am a WRHS Alumni, married to another alumnus.  We "re-met" at our 20-year reunion, and I packed my bags and moved back to Idaho from Arizona.  We have 2 boys, horses, mules, dogs, cats, and fortunately, a lot of acreage for them all!
