The Blaine County School District held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the grand opening of the newly constructed employee housing units on Bullion Street!

BCSD is proud to partner with the ARCH Foundation on this important initiative. Together, we are providing housing solutions for staff, which allows us to recruit and retain some of the best staff in the country. The units are intended as transitional housing for newly hired and current staff while they search for permanent housing. 

 

The land and improvement were appraised and 75% of the value is in the improvement with 25% representing the land. Rent will be distributed 75% to ARCH, and 25% to the school district. BCSD is capturing revenue that previously didn't exist.
