The first thing you need to know about me is that I am a mother above all other things. So, when your child walks into my classroom, I love them as if they were my own. This is a huge responsibility I do not take lightly. Not only is it my duty and privilege to teach a new set of skills from baking to basket weaving as well as sewing and crocheting, it is also my honor to instill a desire and the motivation to be a social and emotional learner. As well as being a mother and a teacher I am also an artist, a tennis player, a world traveler, a lover and pursuer of nutrition and good health, and last but not least, a wife to an incredibly kind and amazing husband. In the end I want you to know that I teach and model what I feel is one of the most important things in this precious life, and that is, "The Golden Rule", which of course it treating others the way you yourself would want to be treated.
