Dual-enrollment athletes must register for their sport at the WRMS Office. Please bring 3 Proofs of Residency, a Copy of your Original Birth Certificate or Passport, an Immunization Record, a Sports Physical, and the most recent Grade Portfolio from your school. You will complete a dual enrollment form and a non-student transportation request in the office.
