Tryouts: October 14th from 3:30 - 5:30 pm, all registration paperwork due prior to tryouts on October 12th.  

Students must complete registration to be eligible to participate on a WRMS sports teams.

If the student-athlete does not attend WRMS, they must complete the dual enrollment process before they are allowed to participate.

• Make an appointment with our Registrar to complete this process in person.
• Hemmingway students are BCSD students and are NOT required to Dual Enroll.

First Practice

 Both 7th and 8th grade girls'basketball teams will practice from 3:30 to 5:30 pm daily beginning October 14th.

Academic eligibility

Student-athletes are required to maintain a "C-" or above in all of their classes. Grade checks will be conducted weekly.

Note: After September 14, 2021, volunteers are required to show either proof of vaccination or a medical exemption when they come to complete fingerprints and background check applications.

Transportation

Parent(s) / guardian(s) wanting someone other than themselves to give their student-athlete a ride to or from a BCSD-sponsored event must complete the activity transportation form and be listed as the student's emergency contact.  This needs to be verified 48 hours in advance.
