Code of Conduct (click to open form)
This form only needs to be done once per year. If you have already played on a school team this year, it is already completed.
Students who participate in a WRMS sport must purchase an activity card.
Students will not be allowed to participate in a competition without an activity card.
If you are unable to afford an activity card, contact the WRMS office. We can help.
If you want someone other than parents to give your child a ride to or from a BCSD sponsored event, you must complete the Athletic Activity Release.
Anyone on this form must be listed on your child's emergency contact list in Skyward.
If you are not a full-time WRMS student, in addition to completing the required paperwork above, you must also complete the dual enrollment process.
Make an appointment with the school's registrar and have these documents at the ready:
3 current proofs of residency in Blaine County
Original birth certificate
We want to provide the best service possible. Completing the registration process takes about 30 minutes and requires a face to face meeting. Therefore, you must make an appointment with the WRMS registrar. We cannot accommodate drop-in visits.
If enrollment in a specific academic or extracurricular program reaches the maximum for the program, priority for enrollment will be given to a student who is enrolled full-time in the public school class or program (BCSD Policy 630).
The dual enrollment process does not need to be completed prior to the first practice or tryouts, but dual enrolled students will not be permitted to participate in a game until this requirement is fulfilled.
