Welcome to Advanced Placement Government! In this class we will be analyzing the American political system, citizen’s rights and responsibilities, the party system, issues, and special interest groups. All of this will be accomplished through a brief look at the Constitution and an intensive study of the legislative branch of the federal government. Our tour of the legislative branch will include your participation in a mock Congress where you will write and pass legislation of your own.
