 STOP!T Anonymous Reporting App

In the 2019-20 school year, Wood River Middle School will implement an anonymous reporting app called STOP!T. This app will empower students to stand up for themselves and for one another. What is STOP!T? STOP!T is an online reporting tool designed to deter and mitigate bullying, cyber abuse, and other inappropriate behaviors through an app that students can download on their phone. With STOP!T, students can submit anonymous reports containing text, photos or video. Administrators receive the reports and can respond through the app. Students will have the power to help put an end to harmful and inappropriate behavior they see online, in their schools and in the community, whether it is threats of violence, cyberbullying or self-harm. STOP!T empowers students to stand up for themselves and others while giving our schools the insight we need to keep students safe. Students learned about the app during an assembly, the first week of school. Ask your kids about it.
