It is hard to believe that we are already planning for next school year! The counseling department will begin the pre-registration process in January. Paperwork for class selection will be handed out in Science classes as indicated below. Please help your child select classes carefully, because schedules are based on class selections made in the spring. If a student requests an elective (even as an alternate) and it is on his/her schedule, we will not change it!

5th Grade - Students going into 6th Grade

Wednesday, January 8th

 5th Grade teachers will distribute Middle School Option forms to all 5th-grade students to take home to parents. These forms are DUE back by Friday, January 17th.

Wednesday, January 15th

 Parent and Student Open House from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. Please arrive early (by 5:15).

Week of January 27th

 WRMS Counselors will visit 5th grade classrooms to distribute pre-registration forms.

Tuesday, February 4th

 All pre-registration paperwork is due to fifth grade teachers.

6th Grade - Students going into 7th Grade

Wednesday, February 26th

 Counselors will be in 6th Grade Science classes to distribute pre-registration materials.

Monday, March 2nd

 Pre-registration paperwork is due to Science teachers.

7th Grade Students going into 8th Grade

 Counselors will be in 7th Grade Science classes to distribute pre-registration materials.

 Liz Clark will be in Social Studies Classes to talk about the Four Year Plan and Counselors will hand out Pre-Registration paperwork.

 High School Transition Night at WRMS (6:00 – 7:30 p.m.)
