Immunization Rate Increases

Nurse with Student

Traducción al español

We are making progress! The State Department of Education partners with the Department of Health and Welfare to assist and support Idaho schools in meeting Idaho statutes and rules related to immunization.  According to the letter from the State Department of Education, "Research has shown that community vaccination rates of approximately 94 percent are necessary to protect against the spread of highly contagious, vaccine-preventable childhood diseases."  Special thanks to our school nurses and secretaries who help keep our students healthy.
