BOARD ACCOLADE:

Principal Brad Henson, Alturas Elementary

Last March, the Wood River High School Drama Department presented a production called "The
Radium Girls."

Principal Brad, on extremely short notice, studied the entire two-hour script to present in sign language so members of the hearing-impaired community could enjoy the dialogue of the show. We don't know how he did it on such short notice, but he did it with a smile and enthusiasm that was obviously genuine and authentic.
