This past trimester, students in two Career Technical Education classes were successful in passing the MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) Associate exams in Business Computer Applications, as well as a new exam in Business Management called the ESB (Entrepreneurship & Small Business) exam.

Students in two of Mrs. Hoskins’s classes have the opportunity to take certification exams through Certiport. In Business Computer Applications (dual credit with CSI), two certifications are offered and are chosen by the student from the Microsoft Suite. The testing is difficult not only because of the number of hours required to practice, but also because the test itself is timed.  Recipients are of the highest level in their award categories.
