Last month, 13 students from WRHS participated in the State Leadership Conference for Business Professionals of America (BPA) by qualifying in their respective events.  Two of those students are qualified to compete at the national level in Anaheim at the (NLC) National Leadership Conference on April 26-30.

Avery Nordenfelt, sophomore, earned a spot at the NLC by placing 3rd in Fundamental Spreadsheet Applications. At nationals, Avery will take a 90-minute exam as well as a Microsoft Office Specialist certification exam in Excel 2019.

Maeve Coffelt, junior, earned her spot by placing 4th in Advanced Interview Skills and will be pre-submitting a resume and cover letter to the national center and then will be judged by industry experts in a live interview situation at nationals.
