The WRHS Drama Department competed at the District IV Drama Competition on Saturday, November 18, at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls. Four WRHS students qualified to compete at the state competition on Friday, December 1, and Saturday, December 2, at Century High School in Pocatello!

The students who will compete are:

🎭 Eva Hatzenbuehler in Original Serious
🎭 Scout Kendall in Solo Humorous
🎭 Sophia McKnight in Pantomime

Completing the 2023 District Drama Team are Lydia McCauley, Hunter and Kennedy Ervin, Madi O'Very, Sheccid Chona, Andrea Pettinger, Diana Gomez Cibrian, Reese Herold, Anna Wiese, Charlie Blake, and Jaxon Lewis.

It has been a successful year, providing valuable experience for many young future WRHS theatre practitioners who competed for the first time!
