Student Voice: 63% of WRHS Students Believe School is Welcoming
63% of Wood River High School students said they believe that school is a welcoming place in the Quaglia School Voice Student Survey.
The survey measures student perceptions surrounding students’ self-worth, engagement and sense of purpose – vital factors for all students to realize academic, personal, and social success in school. This data will provide further guidance as we work on student engagement, which is one of the four strategic goals of the Blaine County School District.
As a student in WRHS art classes, Leyla said, “Mrs. Ervin allows us to develop our own ideas and have life-changing conversations with each other. At the end of the day, it’s like ending class with a bunch of family members.”
