Hello! I’m Elizabeth Galpin. I was born and raised in the Wood River Valley and attended Hemingway Elementary School. I earned my Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Florida and have 20 years of teaching experience as both a classroom teacher and a Gifted and Talented teacher. I am now enjoying my role as a school librarian, where I get to share my love of reading with students every day. I especially enjoy mythology, historical fiction, and anything by Kristin Hannah, and I look forward to helping students discover books they love just as much as I do.

Obtuve mi Maestría en Educación en la Universidad de Florida y tengo 20 años de experiencia docente como maestra de aula y como maestra del programa de Dotados y Talentosos. Actualmente disfruto mi rol como bibliotecaria escolar, donde puedo compartir mi amor por la lectura con los estudiantes todos los días. Me encanta especialmente la mitología, la ficción histórica y cualquier libro de Kristin Hannah, y espero ayudar a los estudiantes a descubrir libros que amen tanto como yo.
